We offer General Contracting services on a lump sum competitive bid or negotiated fixed price contract. As general contractor, Wernert selects experienced project management personnel to manage the successful construction of your project. This includes the management of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the project. We believe the proper mix of our experienced professionals, from project managers and on-site superintendents to quality control and safety experts, best represents a successful project outcome.
The Construction Management method of project delivery, often referred to as cost plus a fee, allows the Construction Manager to serve as an extension of the Owner’s staff, working on their behalf and with their best interest at all times.
Serving as Construction Manager, Wernert will collaborate with the Owner and the project consultants through all project phases; from feasibility studies through completion of construction.
The design-build process is intended to reduce costs, improve the time in which a project can be completed, and relies on a single point of responsibility. Wernert works with our clients to formulate a plan that fulfills their ideal project needs on the design side, meets building code requirements, and fits within their budget and time table.
We offer this service for new homes, additions and renovations.
Wernert supports our clients with complete Owners Representative capabilities. Working as an Owner’s Representative, Wernert is primarily responsible for advocating for the owner’s best interests during the construction project by managing the process among the project team members (including but not limited to: architects, builders, engineers, designers).
We are “on call.”
