We hold and maintain appropriate certifications and licensing with the States in which we work to remain compliant with state and local laws.  Current licenses held include: Major Contractor, New Home Construction Contractor, Home Improvement Contractor, Demolition Contractor, Contractor Pre-qualification Certificate with the State of Connecticut and a minority WMBE certification with the state Supplier Diversity program.  

Our Bonding Company holds a strong A.M. Best Company rating of A-VIII, and our Banks are nationally recognized financial institutions with long-term relationships in the local business communities. Our Accounting Firm is a large certified public accounting firm who specializes in the construction industry for our tax, audit and statement purposes.

We are fully insured in the areas of general liability, auto and workers compensation through nationally recognized insurance companies licensed to do business in the states where we work.
